There are many programs we could suggest. It depends on how many employees or, if you are a company offering Payroll services, what kind of services you intend to offer. Because Payroll changes every year, the costs involve both buying the product and paying backup services, which includes free provision of next-years Payroll. This can be a minefield, so we have listed the options below in ascending order of cost. Payroll has always had a certain mystery about it. Few people know the methods used to calculate gross to net pay, let alone Income Tax or National Insurance.

You can call up all employees' names, addresses, tax codes, pay rates and process the data quickly and accurately. All of the current PAYE and National Insurance bands and rates have already been input into the system for added convenience

(Please remember that, if you are a small company with only a few employees, but with a high turnover of staff, then this 9-employee version may not be enough. You need to allow for people leaving and new staff within the same tax year. The 9-employees needs to include the leavers and new employees as well!)
