ESCROW DETAILS |
| [1] Agreement: |
Summary: Escrow requires both parties to agree to all
terms in order to begin a new transaction, however this is all completely automated within
the A1sale escrow system.
- Buyer (or seller) signs in to A1sale.co.uk and begins a transaction. If the buyer is not
a registered user, they should register with A1sale. Registration is free.
- Define the terms of the transaction and provide information about the merchandise. Some
of this information includes:
- Email Address of other party
- Length of inspection
period
- Party responsible for paying escrow fee
- Delivery Method
- Shipping Costs
- This is automated, however the buyer can miss out some of this information, but will be
asked by email later and may lengthen the transaction time.
- The other party will be asked, via email, to sign in and review and confirm the
information the buyer has provided regarding the transaction.
- During the procedure, the buyer will be asked to submit payment to the A1sale
escrow system and will appear as "A1Sale" on the buyer's
statement from your credit card company. however if you elect to pay by cheque this will
need to be made out to "Comag", crossed and sent by normal
mail, which will lengthen the transaction time.

be responsible for paying 100% of the escrow fees. The Buyer may reject the item for any
reason.

If the Buyer agreed to pay the Shipping Fee:
Comag will pay the Seller the Purchase Amount less the Escrow Fee that
the Seller agreed to pay, if any.
