| Our hardware cover is at two levels |
| (A) what we call Continuity Cover
– essentially this means cover for fast response -48 hours to fix if possible- and
all labour costs in fixing any problem plus loan equipment where
possible and |
| (B) Complete Hardware and components cover and
continuity cover with no-cost for replacement at point of failure -this is essentially
an extended warranty plus continuity maintenance with loan equipment where
possible until repare is effected. (i.e. no other costs for your computer systems
apart from your monthly payment). |
i.e nothing to pay at the point of failure - no
more costs on your network system until you are ready for major planned improvements at
some future date. |
