| Description: |
| Hardware: |
| Repair or replacement on site following any electrical,
electronic or mechanical failure attributable to inherent defects or faulty workmanship or
wear and tear. |
| Resolution of problem may be achieved at our discretion by
repair of equipment on-site, loan of comparable equipment pending off-site repair or
provision of comparable equipment for the duration of the maintenance period in the event
of irreparable failure. |
| Software: |
| Resolution on site of operating system, configuration
problems associated with network server setup, directory and filing systems, printing
systems and communication between network server and client computers. |
| Features: |
| 4 hours maximum downtime if called out in normal working
hours (premium service). |
| On site presence within 24 hours of notification. |
| Fix achieved within 8 working hours of notification. |
| Repairs to hardware and software will include restoration
of network operating system and configuration of programs and data, using the
customers backup. |
| It is the clients responsibility to maintain
adequate backups. |
